Property Listing Guidelines — PropertyFor

Last updated: October 11, 2026

PropertyFor aims to present property information clearly and responsibly. These guidelines apply to property submissions where listing submissions are enabled.

Information to Include

A property submission should include, where relevant:

  • A clear property title and description.
  • The city, area, and general location.
  • The asking price or rental amount and applicable currency.
  • Property type, size, and number of rooms, where relevant.
  • Accurate availability and contact information.
  • Images that the submitter is authorized to use.

Accuracy and Authorization

Submitters must have the right or appropriate authorization to provide the listing information and images. Listings must not contain knowingly false claims, misleading prices, discriminatory content prohibited by law, or fraudulent contact details.

Do not include sensitive personal information or confidential documents in publicly visible listing descriptions.

Review and Removal

PropertyFor may review, edit for clarity, decline, restrict, or remove submissions where reasonably necessary, including when a listing appears inaccurate, unauthorized, outdated, or potentially fraudulent.

A listing's publication does not constitute a guarantee of ownership, authenticity, legal compliance, property condition, or transaction safety.

Independent Verification

Prospective buyers and tenants should independently verify ownership, agent authorization, property condition, relevant permits, fees, and contractual terms before paying money or signing an agreement.

Reporting a Concern

Report a potentially inaccurate or fraudulent listing by emailing [YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS] and including the listing URL and a description of the concern.

PropertyFor cannot guarantee that every listing will be independently verified or that every reported concern can be resolved.
